1. ServicesRolo Rides provides vehicle consulting services including guidance on vehicle selection, test drive assistance, new vehicle purchase negotiation, trade-in assistance, and financing assistance as outlined at the time of engagement.
2. Fees & PaymentA one-time, non-refundable consulting fee is due upon signing. This fee is not contingent on the purchase of a vehicle. The exact fee amount will be specified in your signed service agreement.
3. No GuaranteesRolo Rides will work in good faith to secure the best possible outcome on your behalf. However, we make no guarantees regarding final purchase price, financing rate, or any other outcome of the negotiation process.
4. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate documents and information required for purchasing, trade-ins, and financing, communicate your preferences and requirements clearly, and authorize Rolo Rides to negotiate on your behalf.
5. Independent ContractorRolo Rides operates as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Rolo Rides may work with other clients simultaneously.
6. Limitation of LiabilityRolo Rides' total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.
7. TerminationEither party may terminate this agreement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of any services rendered prior to termination.
8. Governing LawThis agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
9. ModificationsAny changes to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Entire AgreementThese terms constitute the entire agreement between Rolo Rides and the client and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
